Ok, I admit, I'm a rookie at real estate video production.   But I decided to try and make a virtual tour video to help my Dad sell his condo in Beaverton without using a realtor.  And it worked!  

I read that 87% of people shopping for homes these days are doing it from their home computer.  Why not give them a video tour?  The standard 6-12 photos can only show so much on these MLS websites.  A video presentation can show so much more.   

Price: $250-$350 per property.  This includes all the video-taping, editing and posting it to youtube.
