SUMMER SKI CAMP
If you want to maximize your ski racing skills, we recommend you train for a week or two each off-season at a summer ski camp.  Both the Southridge boys and girls teams have qualified for STATE these last 2 years.  Summer ski camp played a big role in that accomplishment.  Click here for more information.

This coming summer (2007) the majority of the Aloha-Southridge members are looking at attending session 11 at Mt Hood Summer Ski Camps (August 5-11).  Racers that have attended summer camp before are eligible to apply for "camper-staff" positions at camp, which is a scholarship type of program where you go to camp for a week, paying full price, then you "work" the 2nd week of camp, paying only for your lift tickets, but receiving free food, lodging, coaching, etc.  You can see more details about the camper-staff program here.
